Polished Property Services was founded by Krystal, a travel enthusiast with an MBA in Human Resource Management. She has always been passionate about creating systems that support people and simplify their lives.
Like many women and mothers, Krystal initially felt guilty about hiring a cleaner, thinking she had to manage everything herself. However, when she finally allowed someone to assist her, the relief was immediate. Experiencing the peace and freedom that comes with a clean home inspired her to help others feel that same transformation.
From this experience, Polished Property Services was born, driven by a desire to offer reliable, detail-focused, and compassionate cleaning services, including both residential cleaning and commercial cleaning options, to families and business owners throughout Greece and the Rochester area.
