The Puerto Rican Festival is excited to announce its relocation to the vibrant new venue at Parcel 5 in downtown Rochester, New York. Join us for three exhilarating days of festivities from Thursday, July 30th, to Saturday, August 1st. This dynamic celebration will feature live music, authentic cuisine, enriching cultural events, and much more.
