Midday Bash – Downtown Rochester

Concerts at the Shore is a 35-year Rochester tradition, providing many a perfect summer night on the shore of Great Lake Ontario.

Movies with a Downtown View

Downtown Definitely Events is bringing back this popular event for three nights this summer.
All screenings are free and family-friendly.
Attendees can grab a bite to eat from local food trucks and enjoy movie concession items.
All Movies will be screened outdoors on an 18-foot wide, 10-foot high LED video wall.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own chairs.
A limited supply of complimentary blankets will be available at the event.

Play Day on the Riverway

This free event takes place inside and outside the Rundel Memorial Library including the North Terrace to the ROC City Skatepark, overlooking the Genesee River.
These ROC the Riverway sites will feature a variety of family-friendly activities including a scavenger hunt, walking tour, storytelling, live music, and food from local food trucks.
Pittsford Food Truck & Music Fest
September 14th | S Main St, Pittsford
12:00 – 9:00 PM on South Main Street between State Street and Locust Street.
The town’s last big event of the season featuring delicious food from a variety of regional food trucks and local eateries and great music all day, plus carnival rides and plenty of games and activities.
Held on Main Street, from the Four Corners (Monroe/State streets) to Locust Street. Admission is free and food is available for purchase; open to the public.

mansawear 10th Anniversary & Fundraiser
September 19th | Country Club of Rochester
Can you believe it? Mansawear is 10 years old! To celebrate our 10 years of fashion design and unique mashup styling, the emblem for this event is the Ghanaian Adinkra symbol “Sankofa,” which signifies employing ones past successes and failures for future endeavors. Mansawear intends to utilize this occasion to support others as they have done for us. Thus, we are celebrating with an elegant cocktail benefit on Saturday, September 14, 2024, from 6-9 PM at the Country Club of Rochester. Proceeds will benefit the maternal wing of the newly-built medical center constructed by the FST Sisters, located in the rural village of Yabi, Ghana. The maternal wing of the clinic is in dire need of mammography equipment.
