Murray's Consultation Services, LLC – Mental Health Counseling

Murray’s Consultation Services offers a range of therapeutic services as well as trainings and consultations on a variety of topics related to understanding and supporting mental health and behavioral/emotional needs. I believe that it takes a lot of courage to reach out and ask for help so my approach to counseling tends to be to very solution-focused and person centered. My role as a therapist would be to work with you on navigating your lived experiences with the aim of working together to identify your desired outcomes and moving towards those goals. I aim to be supportive throughout the process while also challenging you to ask yourself tough questions when needed.
