5 star quality spa experience
I’ve been a client of Melinda’s for quite a while and this is my destination when I need my skin pampered and an amazing self care experience. My skin has much improved from her professional skin analysis and effective products and then the maintenance products she recommends. Her office is clean and neat and the spa is located in a centralized location. Investing in my skin is one of the smartest investments I’ve made.
Great trip
Great experience, this was my second time to Aruba and my first time at an all inclusive. Winona was very helpful from start to finish. She answered questions promptly. Even when things out of her control happened with the airline I didn’t have the stress about figuring it out, she took care of everything in a timely manner. Our room was upgraded and it was beautiful. Thank you for a great experience, thank you for the pre travel gift. We look forward to working with you again soon.
Amazing!
I love everything about Voluminous Moon! I have been seeing Melinda for 5 years and I don’t plan to stop. I always feel like I’m glowing on the inside and out. The space is beautifully decorated and peaceful. Melinda uses a variety of amazing products and knows my skin well. If you are looking for a spa experience, definitely visit Voluminous Moon! You will not be disappointed.
Wonderful every visit
My daughter and myself visited just because it’s the Arnett Cafe.. I had the Belgian waffle, made to order , which is always so soft and almost melts in your mouth.. delicious.. I had whipped cream coffee and eggs. My daughter had chicken and waffles. She said the meal was delicious. The wait staff was knowledgeable and professional. The cook came out to check on the customers which was cool. The ambience is quite peaceful and neighborly. I give this restaurant a 10++

This is my second time having a facial done and just like the first experience it was amazing. Melinda is professional and very in tuned with you. The atmosphere is calming. I travel an hour and half to come and get this service and I will continue because she does an amazing job!

Dottie’s Cake by the Pound has a wide variety of delicious creative food and desserts that will have your taste buds craving for more. You can taste the love and soul she mixes within her food. Even with my Caribbean background her soul food is my ultimate favorite. Don’t miss your opportunity to order she has some delicious upcoming pop ups!!! order up you won’t be disappointed. A few of my faves are fried gizzards, Cajun boiled peanut, Mac n cheese, greens and wing Wednesday!!!

I have been working with Shannon as our bookkeeper for almost 3 years now, and I cannot say enough good things about her. She is incredibly organized and efficient when it comes to reconciling our church books. One thing that sets Shannon apart is her quick response time to inquiries. Whenever we have a question or need clarification on something, she is always prompt in getting back to us with a thorough and helpful response. Not only does Shannon keep our finances in order, but she also goes above and beyond by offering recommendations to help us better manage our finances. Her expertise in the field is evident, and we trust her completely with our financial matters.

I was actually referred to DBR by my brother, he actually use to do a lot of business with Rob in his last role. So he has been servicing/taking care of my family for the past few years. I felt that it was time to upgrade the ring I had given my wife sometime ago due to everyone around me either getting engaged or doing the same. My brother MO had just done the same thing. When he told me about Rob honestly I didn’t believe what he was telling me to be true because I typically look at car salesmen and jewelers one in the same. CROOKS. with Rob that’s not the case I was really worried about prices because they are all over on the internet, and I don’t know much about diamonds but he was uber transparent, he allowed me to just blast him with idea after idea and was able to remain patient enough to narrow down exactly what I was looking for! all in all I felt like I was working with a friend of mine that I had known for a 5-6 years. I just met the guy within the past few months! I would advise you to go check him out if you’re planning on getting engaged anytime soon.

BKLYN enRoc recently hosted our Urban League of Rochester Legislative Breakfast and we couldn’t be happier. Natalie was super welcoming and responsive, extremely accommodating to our needs, very present at the event and offers a beautiful space at a reasonable price. She was an absolute joy to work with. The boutique-style options BKLYN enRoc provides allow for any type of event, dressed up or down. We’re already looking ahead to future events that would allow us to work with Natalie and utilize her venue space again!

Takes me home
Consistently good food, prompt service, good vibes. One meal was ox tail with gravy, collard greens, corn bread, really good! Another was pork chops, then shrimp and grits, another was short ribs. Everything is to write home about. Would be fantastic if home brewed sweet tea was offered. Friends recommend the breakfast options as well. Next trip, I also need to check out desserts.
My Fabulous 50 Birthday Cruise
We had an Awesome time on the Norwegian Joy cruise that went to Bermuda on October 11-16th! There were some setbacks on the train getting down to NYC and on the cruise for only being able to be in Bermuda for one day not two because of a passing storm . But overall , it was an Awesome experience for me and my family. Thank you again for the gift box and all the goodies that were included in the box. The shirts and beach bag came in handy for my birthday & when we went to the beach in Bermuda! And the cookies were so yummy , we really enjoyed them. You did an excellent job in planning the trip and I will use you again and recommend my friends or family if they are planning a trip.

Soulistic Sweets is simply fabulous!
I love, love, love Soulistic Sweets! I have ordered from Natasha a few times, both large and small orders, and she never disappoints! Not only is she a phenomenal baker, but she’s super friendly, extremely accommodating and offers fabulous service, too. I love letting people enjoy her treats before telling them they’re all vegan, just to see their reaction, because you absolutely cannot tell the difference. I couldn’t recommend Soulistic Sweets more and am so looking forward to supporting the brick and mortar store when it opens!

WynD Love Travel was excellent for booking our summer trip to Ocho Rios, Jamaica. We knew we wanted to stay at an all inclusive, but weren’t sure where. Winona offered great recommendations with plenty of info for comparison. We selected Couples San Souci and had a fantastic time! Throughout the process Winona responded to messages very promptly and answered all of our questions. When we arrived at the resort there was a sweet gift basket waiting for us in our room! Lauren’s candles make a home feel like home!
I initially stumbled across your candles at a pop up shop (honestly I can’t remember where) but apparently they stuck with me because I’ve since grown a collection of them, so much so that it’s the one item that friends and family often gift me! My favorite thing about the candles is the perfect intensity of the scents, they burn clean (!) & when I can’t bare to part with a scent and I’ve nearly burnt the wick down I place them on the back of my stove when my oven is running and it warms them just enough to melt the wax and fill my home with the yummy scents!

I’ve known the owner Natasha and have ordered from her bakery for a few years now. She’s always friendly and cares about her product- which never disappoints! I’m so happy she offers amazing vegan sweets! My favorite is the hummingbird cake.

I found her when she worked at another Salon in the Rochester area. My mom hair was thinning and it was damaged. She my old girl feel beautiful and enjoyed her treatment to her hair. Once she opened her salon( I waited for her) I was in her chair ready for the love and care she puts on my tresses. When she said let’s do color, I wasn’t scared of damage because she is phenomenal with the up keep. I recommend her constantly when anyone asks for a experience she is my go to.
Tachara is a hair miracle worker
After a lifetime of thin, breaking unhealthy hair Tachara has brought my hair back from the dead even while maintaining my platinum blonde color. Her attention to hair health, self made masks and oils have my hair longer and stronger than it has ever been. She gives me better than what I ask for every trip. On top of that she is a color genius who brought my daughters red/ bronze toned hair to a perfect blonde with 0 orange or yellow undertones after only 1 session. Even being familiar with her work I was still amazed. There is no one else I trust more with mine and my daughters hair and after 2-1/2 yrs of proven results I refuse to allow anyone else to even touch it. T is absolutely a master at her craft.

I’ve been going to Tachara since I stopped relaxing my hair a few years ago. She does an impeccable job and I’m pleased with how healthy my hair is. She does a nice job with color and make up as well.

Tachara has a God-given gift for doing hair! I did the big chop a few years ago and she grew my hair back to shoulder length and I got hints of purple. I did the big chop again and last summer I had a different color every month. It kept me and my friends in suspense as to what she will do. My hair is a beautiful brick red/purple color and I love it. It is important to know that I have different textures in my hair and she knows how to make it all come together. I guarantee you that you’ll be satisfied and you will feel confident when you leave her salon!

I simply love stepping foot in this salon, it’s so welcoming- positive- nurturing & it always smells good! I enjoy the deep conditioning hair wash that’s provided with every hairstyle. I had my hair done here for my daughter’s wedding & not only did it make me look & feel amazing, I received soooooo many compliments on the hairstyle. I can’t wait to return 😍

Millie spends time with my 90-year-old Mom as a referral via the Alzheimer Association then with assistance through a Respite Scholarship from Lifespan to try Companion Care. There was great relief and downtime for me for Self-Care! Go Millie! Mom is enjoying spending time with Companion Care. I am already sending her referrals to Universal Care Services

I’ve been buying from The Little Brownie for several years because I heard about her goodies on a food allergy page. My son has life threatening allergies to peanuts, tree nuts, milk, & eggs and LOVES these safe cookies (as do the rest of us!) I’ve also been buying them for the small coffee shop I run the last year because they’re that good:). I highly recommend!
