R-Night Out Series

Event Details

The City’s Department of Recreation and Human Services invites youth ages 13-18 to attend the R-Night Out Series of free summer night events that feature a live DJ, field games, photo booth, carnival snacks, and more at the Rochester Community Sports Complex. A special R-Night out for ages 25 and up will be held on Aug. 15.

The R-Night Out series begins with Family Movie Night from 7:30 – 10:30 p.m., Thursday, July 11, 2024, at the Rochester Community Sports Complex, 460 Oak St.

“This is a fantastic opportunity for safe and enriching fun during the summer months,” said Mayor Evans. “I encourage everyone to take advantage of this wonderful program, along with our many other youth, adult, and family activities available through our R-Centers.”

R-Night Out events at the Rochester Community Sports Complex will take place from 7:30 – 10:30 p.m. on the following Thursdays:

July 11 – Family Movie Night (all ages)
July 25 – Silent Disco & Carnival Games
Aug. 1 – Karaoke Night
Aug. 8 – Slip ‘n Slide Game Night
Aug. 15 – Adult Game Night (Adults only, 25+)

Attendees will walk through a security scan upon entry.

There will be no re-entry and no bags will be allowed into the events. Bag check will be available.
